APPROACH
LUNAR CONSCIOUSNESS
guided by our intuition
Inspired by Gloria Anzaldua as she shares “As a modern-day Coyolxauhqui (Moon Goddess from Aztec Myth), your search for an account that encapsulates your life, and finding no ready-made story, you trust her light in the darkness to help you bring forth (from remnants of the old personal/collective autohistoria) a new personal myth.”- Anzaldua
As well as, Dr. Aizenstat, PhD further states: “Lunar consciousness includes all the marginalized parts of ourselves that are so necessary for our health and the health of the world: the emotional, the non-rational, the intuitive, the beautiful.”
My intention as a soul guide is to bring forth our marginalized selves, those parts we keep hidden, and use them to inform us towards liberation. We dive into the underground, excavating our intergenerational trauma and how it influences our daily lives, family dynamics, and relationships.
Our lineage brings forth grief as well as wisdom. We are birthed from darkness such as the timeless seed analogy and into the light we go. Let us explore together.
I intend to connect with their femininity, sexuality, and creativity as women, mothers, daughters, and seekers.
benefits of my lunar consciousness approach
This approach allows us to express our deepest desires, utilizing dreams, daydreams, synchronicities, and relationships to inform us of how we live and how we would want to live.
It welcomes developing daily practices that encourage our life force to shine.

night ritual
Each night, I lit a candle, and sat in front of it, on the floor crossed-legged. I would watch the flames rise. I would whisper and close my eyes. Asking without knowing if they would hear me. Ancestors, please come visit me in my dreams, in memories just visit me. I need to know I am not alone. The poem below was my first experience with my ancestors. It was originally in Spanish and translated into English. From that moment forward I knew, I was on a journey non-rational as it may be yet intuitive and transformative.
Suplico
Haz me recordar tus huellas
Tus manos
Haz me recordar
Que soy hija del jaguar
Invocation
You walked towards me
With soil in your hands
Perspiring a scent of herbs
And flowers decorating you long dark hair
You looked so beautiful
With your sun smile
And your moon tenderness
You came from the forest
Because I called you
You came because I finally answered
Help me remember your footprints
Your hands
And most of all, the power of your voice
Help me remember the pine trees of my mother,
The fruit trees and water springs of my father
The beauty in nature through a birdsong
Your rituals,
Those that are begging to come forth
From my veins, from my bones, from my blood
And although I do not understand
Help me remember
That I am the daughter of the jaguar
