Many years ago as part of my ancestral practice, I spent much time in nature. I would take long hikes, sit, and contemplate the trees, branches, and rocks. Whatever would catch my eye at the moment. I would set an intention and open a dialogue with nature. During these practices, I noticed more and more, the animals that would visit me. I paid attention to their eyes or would look up their habits and patterns. I started finding correlations between my intentions and their appearance. They have become my allies and messengers. 

My offerings were birthed from my early experiences in the mountains. They were given form and language during my Master’s Degree in East-West Psychology, with teachers such as Kimmy Johnson for Indigenious Ways on Knowing, Ishtar Kramer for the rites of passage, and Samuel and Marina Malkemus and their course titled Sexuality as a Transformative Path, to name a few.
